This course introduces the basic Mobile Delivery workflow and follows the application process from initial setup through a completed customer delivery.
After completing this course, you should be able to:
- Identify the major functions available in Mobile Delivery.
- Understand the initial installation and activation process.
- Recognize the settings required to use the app.
- Synchronize shipment and signature information.
- Load scheduled orders onto the truck.
- Locate shipments using scanning or lookup options.
- Complete an order delivery.
- Capture and accept a customer's signature.
- Synchronize completed delivery information back to ERP-ONE+.
